Billing & trials
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. TechDocChat stores subscription state tied to your organization so the app can gate features and show trial countdowns.
Trial
New signups commonly receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial you should have full product access subject to fair-use limits. The marketing site and checkout flow state whether a card is required up front—follow the in-app billing page for your account’s exact state.
Plans & price
Pricing is subject to change; the home page and checkout show current amounts. Typical Pro features include a capped number of team members (e.g. up to five seats including pending invitations)—see Team & security.
Stripe Customer Portal
From Billing in the app, you can open Stripe’s customer portal to update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel. Cancellation usually remains effective at the end of the paid period unless your portal shows otherwise.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry according to your subscription settings. The app may show “past due” or similar until the invoice is paid or the subscription ends.
